1. Who Can Use Maximumperformanceheroes.com (MPHeroes)

MPHeroes is here for everyone who believes in responsible actions and opinions. However, you must follow certain rules to use MPHeroes:

  • You cannot use MPHeroes if you’ve been previously banned for breaking our rules.
  • If applicable laws prohibit you from using our services, you can’t access MPHeroes.

2. What You Can and Cannot Do on MPHeroes

You can use MPHeroes to express yourself and share content that’s meaningful to you, but not if it harms others or breaks the rules. Here’s what you can’t do:

  • No violating our Terms or policies.
  • No doing anything illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
  • Only share content that you have the rights to.
  • Respect others’ rights and don’t infringe on them.
  • No spreading viruses, spam, or disrupting our services.
  • No unauthorized data collection or proxy use.
  • No selling or misusing data from MPHeroes.
  • No asking for funds or donations without providing a service.

We can remove content or limit access if it’s misused or causes problems.

3. Permissions You Give Us

To offer our services, we need certain permissions from you:

  • You own your content’s rights, but we need a license to use it for improving our services  and you grant MPHeroes unlimited, in perpetuity, usage of any content shared
  • When you share content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant us the right to use, modify, distribute, and more.
  • Some content might not be deleted due to legal or technical reasons.
  • We might use your name and profile info for ads and sponsored content.

Additional Provisions

  1. Updating Our Terms We might update these Terms to make our services better. No prior notice will be given when changes take effect.
  2. Suspension or Termination If you break the rules repeatedly, we can suspend or ban you.
  3. Limits on Liability Our services are provided as-is. We aren’t responsible for what others do or say. Our liability is limited
  4. Other These Terms cover your use of our services and replace any previous agreements. If part of the Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains. Our rights can be assigned due to changes in the company. We value feedback but can use it without restrictions. All rights not given to you are reserved by us.
